Noelia (alias Noumenow) is an illustrator and designer currently alternating residence between Madrid and Barcelona, Spain. She believes on "destiny as a way".

Nowadays, she combines freelance commissioned work with personal artwork which has been exhibited in Madrid, Barcelona and Paris.
