Bicnic is a new business project established by the team of Betlem –the renowned restaurant located in the Eixample quarter of Barcelona and led by the chef Víctor Ferrer– and Toormix, the project links gastronomy and design to create a new street food culture brand.
Betlem oversees the culinary section and gastronomic concept, while Toormix is in charge of the creative concept, brand, and communication as well as the conceptualization of products and services.
By offering a gastronomic design based on the concept of “fast good” (a formula based on the quick delivery of food to “take away” made with locally produced products of maximum quality), Bicnic is an integral street food project that begins with a homologated food truck and with the perspective of expanding to other areas.
Dishes and sandwiches, desserts and elaborations to share with a creative and fun approach which is fresh and uses the very concept of the brand: “Mediterranean fast-good”.
