Traces Journal is an independent quarterly peer-reviewed, nonprofit magazine that brings together original contributions to explore emerging issues in the field of heritage and museum studies.
Selected research papers published in a sixteen-page custom-designed, 2-colours print, bold typography. Each issue investigates a specific topic from different perspectives focusing on practices, innovative approaches and experimental research actions.
So we decided to approach the design in the same experimental way, with a very flexible grid and we settled a different couple of Pantone colours for each issue.
