Juan es un chico de 36 años con una amplia carrera profesional, tras formarse como técnico superior de proyectos de construcción decidió ampliar sus conocimientos incorporándose a los estudios de arquitectura, los cuales tras años de dedicación finalmente abandonó para entregarse en cuerpo y alma al diseño gráfico, empezando en valencia y trasladándose posteriormente a Zaragoza donde se encontraba su pareja.
Es en Zaragoza en el segundo año de carrera cuando Juan e Isabel se conocen y aunque ese año van a clases diferentes y el Covid interrumpe el curso escolar… entablan una bonita amistad.
Isabel es una chica de 22 años afincada en Zaragoza que en 2018 tras terminar sus dos años de bachillerato decidió emprender camino en el mundo del diseño y las artes gráficas inscribiéndose al grado de Diseño Gráfico en la Escuela Superior de Zaragoza.
Desde entonces su ambición y dedicación no ha parado de crecer, intentando superarse en cada proyecto y dotarlo de un carácter diferenciador. A diferencia de Juan, Isabel no tiene una carrera profesional tan amplia pero maneja varios idiomas lo que le abre las puertas a irse de Erasmus en su tercer año de carrera.
Tanto a Isabel como a Juan siempre les ha gustado y han demostrado destreza en los trabajos que implican habilidades manuales. Es en este último año de la carrera cuando sus caminos se vuelven a cruzar en ciertas asignaturas y coinciden en los grupos de trabajo.
Surge entonces la oportunidad de realizar este proyecto de tipografía experimental que termina de unir los lazos que habían empezado a crear en ese segundo año de Diseño. -- English version below --Juan is a 36 year old man with a large professional career.
After training as a senior technician in construction projects, he decided to broaden his knowledge by studying architecture, which after years of dedication he finally abandoned to devote himself body and soul to graphic design, starting in Valencia and later moving to Zaragoza where his partner was.
It was in Zaragoza in the second year of their degree when Juan and Isabel met for the first time. Although they were in different classes and Covid interrupted that year. . . they strike up a beautiful friendship.
Isabel is a 22 year old girl based in Zaragoza who in 2018 after finishing her two years of high school decided to take a path in the world of graphic design and arts by enrolling in the degree of Graphic Design at the Escuela Superior of Zaragoza.
Since then, her ambition and dedication has not stopped growing, trying to excel in each project and give it a differentiating character. Unlike Juan, Isabel does not have such a broad professional career, but she speaks several languages, which opened her the doors to spend the third year of the degree abroad as an Erasmus student.
Both Isabel and Juan have always liked and been good at jobs requiring manual skills. It is in the last year of their degree that their paths met again in certain subjects and they were in the same work groups.
The opportunity then arose to carry out this experimental typography project that brought together the ties they had begun to create in that second year of Design.
