My name is Maillen Raimondi, 23 years old, from Argentina living in Zaragoza. I graduated from college Easd Valencia with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, and a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Fashion Co-Creation in the same educational centre.
I have previous experience in the fashion industry doing two internships in fashion companies. The first was in Francis Montesinos Haute Couture Atelier and the second in Koopera Mediterránea, a textile upcycling project, working with people at risk of social exclusion teaching them how to cut and sew the collection.
Last year,I had the opportunity to travel to India to make a capsule collection inspired by Indian culture with designs adapted to the occidental consumers, we designed and developed the six garments collaborating with the workshops of the NGO The kurta Project.
My greatest wish today is to be able to travel, don't stop learning and work for the sustainable fashion industry.
