In 1991, after graduating at the Art Academy of Sint Joost in Breda- Netherlands, I decide to establish myself in Barcelona. The city is bustling at that time, with a fresh experimental view on design, just at the verge of the Olympic Games.
I start working for several design studios and combine these activities with drawing for newspapers and magazines. In 2003 I decide to start my own studio.
A wide array of clients, from Sesame Street to Macba Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, testify my international- and versatile approach. In all my work, whether it´s design or drawing, I stand for a strong, clear image, stripped of all frills, back to the essence.
