La Prima is the newest addition to the family that Bodegon Cabinet started with La Redonda chair. La Prima, also a chair, follows the circular geometry exploring its limits, becoming an object that is meant to sit at the table.

It is a more domestic design built from two circles that turn into the seat and back of the chair, and a tubular structure that generates the rest of lines needed, unifying the set.

La Prima is made of lacquered steel and it is produced in two different versions, simply lacquered or with upholstered seat and back. As it happened with La Redonda, new colours and upholstery combinations will allow different versions of it.

La Prima, designed by Bodegon Cabinet, follows the lead of La Redonda, changing its scale and adjusting it to new scenarios. From the simplicity of a circle seen from different angles, this design portrays the circle of the seat from a top view, and the one of the back from a front view.

Bodegon Cabinet is an inter-disciplinary firm focused on architecture, interior and furniture design. The name of the studio is the Spanish translation of Still Life. It comes from the idea of natural or handmade objects arranged in a given space using design, colors and lighting to produce an effect of harmony, comfort and well-being.
