Jar meals as are part of the practical, versatile and tasty food routine of contemporary society are growing exponentially. The search for more practical and better quality food solutions triggered the emergence of the "Severa" brand food.
This project consists of labels for food in glass jars of the brand "Severa" from Conservas Nero. The name of the brand refers to an iconic Lisbon female fado singer from the 19th century, considered the creator of this musical style.
These meals of traditional Portuguese food are versions of the cuisine of the nobles of Portugal. The name "Bacalhau Marialva" in english "Marialva Codfish" (meaning bohemian or seductive man) alludes to its ability to seduce and appreciate it.
